About Me

Since 2016, I have built a career in natural bodybuilding and fitness, culminating in an IFBB Elite Pro Card at the Dubai Golf Classic International Competition.

I have experienced every level of the sport having competed in local divisions in Finland, as a Ghanaian born in Accra Cow Lane. I earned the opportunity to represent Finland on international stages.

Certified by NASM and the IFBB Coaching Academy, I have a proven track record in guiding 100s of athletes through first-hand experience and scientifically proven methods of sustainability.

My approach to coaching is consistency, dedication and hard work. I believe you can’t climb the mountain of success, with your hands in your pockets. My passion now lies in empowering others to achieve their goals because I know firsthand, Talk is Cheap… “Walk the Talk
